a retail premises that I can visit? |
| A: Unfortunately not at
the present time. To ensure we are as competitive on price as possible
we are predominantly a mail-order business and operate from a 35,000
sq ft warehouse facility in Kent. However items are available for
collection with prior notification. |

| Q: How long do
I have to wait after I place my order? |
| A: We aim to process all
order on the same day as long as they are received before 3PM, this
includes all web orders. Any order after 3PM will be processed immediately
the following working day. Subject to your location we expect most
items to be with you in 5-8 days |

| Q: Do you have
a brochure? |
| A: After investing into a printed brochure
last year we found that the products changed so quickly it was soon
out of date with the huge number of manufacturers we work with - that
is why we have invested so much time into this website. We do produce
detailed printed factsheets outlining our products so please do not
hesitate to ask for an email overview or factsheet in the post. |

| Q: I have ordered
my items now, can I track the delivery? |
| A: Yes - we use established couriers like
ANC & TNT who all offer tracking numbers. If you wish to track
the progress of your delivery please contact
us for the unique tracking number so that you can monitor the
progress, or even contact the courier if your address is awkward to
find. |
